The Solution

A series of concept designs were created and then visualised through virtual reality to gain client approval. Prior to starting onsite the careful phasing and programming of the works was organised with paramount importance being given to minimal disturbance with no loss of trade to the hotel. Cardinal’s team made ongoing suggestions to the client to further reduce the onsite timescales whilst strictly adhering to the existing cost parameters that were in place.

The client made changes to the phasing, as the worked progressed, by changing the elements that could be worked upon, however, Cardinal managed to positively deal with this by adapting the programme to suit so that the works were still delivered for the end date.
